Your first week with Karrow
A simple checklist from signing up to your first week of posts.
Day 1: connect
- 1Connect your newsletter from Publications → Connect. Karrow starts importing your recent issues in the background.
- 2Connect the channels you post to from Settings → Channels.
Start with the one or two channels you already use most. You can add the rest any time.
Day 2: your first batch
- 1Click New post and pick your latest issue.
- 2Choose your channels and draft a few options for each.
- 3Read them side by side. Keep the ones that sound like you, edit the ones that are close, and delete the rest.
Day 3: plan the week
- 1Open Posts and switch to Week view.
- 2Drag your drafts from the Unscheduled tray onto different days, so the week doesn’t start and end with everything at once.
- 3Check each post once more before you schedule it: scheduling is your approval.
Day 4 onwards: tune your voice
Open the publication’s Voice tab and add a rule or two per channel if something keeps coming out wrong, like “never open with a question”. Karrow also picks up your taste from what you keep and edit.
End of the week: check the numbers
Open Analytics to see which posts and channels landed. Your top posts are a good starting point for next week’s batch.
