How Karrow learns your voice

Where your voice comes from, what teaches it, and how to steer it.

It starts with your newsletter

Each time Karrow drafts, it reads your publication’s most recent issues and the posts you’ve already published on that platform, so new drafts sound like you do now.

It only learns from your own publication. It never borrows from other people’s posts, and each of your publications keeps a voice of its own.

It learns from what you keep

When you schedule an AI draft as it is, Karrow takes that as a yes. When you edit a draft and then schedule it, Karrow learns from the difference. When you delete an option or regenerate, it learns what you didn’t want.

Learning happens per publication and per platform, so what you like on LinkedIn doesn’t change your X posts.

Edits teach Karrow when you schedule the post. A draft you edit and leave unscheduled doesn’t count yet.

Add your own rules

For things you always want, write them down. Open the publication, go to its Voice tab, and type a rule for any channel, for example “no rhetorical questions” or “never open with a stat”. Click Save. Your rules apply to every future draft and always win over anything Karrow has learned.

Start over if you need to

If your style has changed, use Reset learned tone in the Voice tab. It clears what Karrow picked up from your past edits on that publication. Your written rules stay as they are.

Playbooks don’t change your voice

A playbook only shapes a post’s structure, like a numbered list. The words are still yours.
