Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Karrow (the “Service”), operated by Karrow (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. What Karrow does

Karrow connects to your newsletter (beehiiv or Ghost), turns each issue into platform-native social posts in your voice, and, after your review and approval, schedules and publishes them to your connected social accounts (X, LinkedIn, Threads, Bluesky, Reddit, and Facebook). Drafting uses AI; publishing is routed through third-party APIs.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract. You are responsible for the activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

3. Your connections and API keys

To use Karrow you provide credentials, newsletter API keys and authorization to your social accounts. You represent that you are authorized to connect each account and to publish on its behalf. You remain bound by the terms of every connected platform; you must not use Karrow in a way that violates beehiiv, Ghost, or any social platform’s terms.

4. Your content and ownership

You own your newsletter content, your connected accounts, and the drafts and posts created in Karrow. You grant us a limited license to ingest, process, store, and transmit your content solely to operate the Service for you, including generating drafts and publishing approved posts.

5. AI-generated drafts and your responsibility

Karrow generates draft posts to help you publish faster. Drafts may contain errors, inaccuracies, or content that doesn’t fit your intent. Nothing is published without your explicit approval. You are solely responsible for reviewing every post before it goes live and for everything published from your account. Karrow is a tool, not a publisher of your content.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Post spam, deceptive, harassing, hateful, or unlawful content, or content that infringes others’ rights;
• Violate the terms, rate limits, or automation policies of any connected platform;
• Impersonate any person or misrepresent your affiliation;
• Reverse engineer, scrape, overload, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its underlying systems.

7. Billing and subscriptions

Connecting, drafting, editing, and reviewing are free. Scheduling and publishing require a paid subscription billed at $59 per connected publication per month, or $590 per publication per year if billed annually. All channels are included; there is no per-channel or usage-based metering. Payments are processed by Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled.

Cancellation and refunds

You may cancel at any time; access continues through the end of the paid period. If you are not satisfied, you can request a refund within 7 days of your first payment under our 7-day money-back guarantee. We may change pricing on prospective renewals with reasonable notice.

8. Third-party services

Karrow relies on third parties, including Anthropic (AI generation), Stripe (billing), Zernio (scheduling and publishing), and your newsletter and social platforms. Your use of those services is also subject to their terms, and we are not responsible for their acts, outages, or policy changes.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that drafts will meet your standards, that publishing will always succeed, or that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Karrow will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Karrow harmless from claims arising out of your content, your published posts, your use of the Service, or your violation of these Terms or any third-party platform’s terms.

12. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms or to protect the Service. On termination, your right to use the Service ends; sections that by their nature should survive will survive.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

14. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted here with a new “last updated” date and, where appropriate, notified to you. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept them.
