Turn what worked into your next batch.
Find them
Open Analytics. Top posts lists your best posts for the period, and Top performers lets you compare posts, channels, or publications. Click any post to see its full stats.
Look for the pattern
Ask what your best posts have in common: the kind of opening, the length, the topic, the day they went out. One great post can be luck; three with the same shape is a pattern.
Use it next time
Lean into the topics and shapes that worked when you review your next batch. If the shape matches a format in Playbooks, save it and draft with it. If something always works for one channel, write it down as a rule in the publication’s Voice tab.
