Disconnect a social account

In Settings → Channels, click Disconnect next to the account and confirm. It stops posting right away, and you can connect it again any time.

Disconnect a newsletter

In Settings → API keys, click Disconnect on the key and confirm. This removes its publications from Karrow, along with all of their imported issues and their channels. It never touches your newsletter itself.

Delete a workspace

Deleting a workspace removes everything in it: publications, posts and drafts, connected channels, and analytics. It can’t be undone, and everyone in the workspace loses access.

1. 1If the workspace is on a paid plan, cancel first in Settings → Billing → Manage billing.
2. 2Open Settings → General and scroll to the Danger zone.
3. 3Click Delete workspace, type the workspace name to confirm, and click Delete workspace.

Just want out of a shared workspace? Use Leave workspace instead. The others keep everything.

Delete your account

1. 1Cancel any subscription on a workspace you’re the only member of.
2. 2Open Settings → Profile and click Delete account.
3. 3Type your email to confirm, then click Delete account.
4. 4Open the confirmation email we send you and confirm. Your account and personal data are then removed.

Workspaces you share with other people stay for them. Workspaces where you were the only member are deleted with your account.
