Agencies: managing clients
Keep each client’s voice, channels, and billing apart.
Two ways to set it up
One workspace, many publications: connect each client’s newsletter as its own publication. Each keeps its own voice and channels, and you see everything in one place. Billing for all of them goes on one subscription.
One workspace per client: create a separate workspace for a client when you want their billing, team, and data completely apart, for example if the client pays for it themselves.
Create a workspace for a client
- 1Open your avatar menu and choose New workspace.
- 2Name it after the client and, if you like, invite the people you’ll work with.
- 3Click Create workspace, then connect the client’s newsletter and channels inside it.
Switch between clients
Your avatar menu lists every workspace you belong to under Workspaces. Pick one to switch; the check mark shows where you are.
Need to be signed in with a different login for a client? Settings → Login → Add another account keeps both signed in on this device.
Keep each voice distinct
Add channel rules in each publication’s Voice tab, for example a client who never uses emoji. Rules and learned tone stay with that publication only.
